两级制造系统生产控制策略及其参数优化

摘要:备用系统的启停是影响两级制造系统生产性能的重要因素。以末级制造系统生产能力随机变动条件下两级制造系统优化控制为目标,提出了一种基于备用系统启停控制的两级制造系统双阀值控制策略,建立了以总成本最小为目标的控制策略参数优化模型,采用遗传算法对双阀值控制策略参数进行了优化,通过实例分析对双阀值控制策略和参数优化算法的有效性进行了验证。

Production control strategy and its parameters optimization of a two-stage production system
Abstract:On-off of the standby system is an important factor that influences the performance of the production system. A double threshold control strategy based on the on-off control of the standby system is proposed for the optimal control of the two-stage production system for which the last stage has stochastic production capacity. A control parameters optimization model is built with the objective of minimizing the total production cost, and a genetic algorithm is adopted to resolve the optimization problem. Finally, an example is taken to validate the effectiveness of the proposed double threshold control strategy and the parameter optimization algorithm.
