新型重金属螯合剂处理酸性含铜废水的试验研究

摘要:对新型重金属螯合剂EX2000处理酸性含铜废水进行了研究,探讨了EX2000的用量、搅拌时间、沉降时间等因素对铜离子去除率的影响。试验结果表明,在EX2000投加量为15ml、室温下搅拌10min、沉降25min 的最佳条件下,铜离子去除率可达99.41%,处理后废水中铜离子质量浓度为0.038mg/ L,远远低于国家排放标准(0.5mg/L)。

The research of the novel heavy metal chelating agent in the treatment of acid copper-containing wastewater
Abstract:Treatment of wastewater containing copper ions by the novel heavy metal chelating agent EX2000 have been studied. The effects of EX2000 dosage, stirring time and settling time on the efficiency of copper ion- removal have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been determined that EX2000 dosage is 15 ml, stirring time is 10 min at room temperature and settling time is 25 min. Under the optimum conditions, the removal efficiency of Cu2+ can reach to 99.41%, and the concentration of Cu2+ in treated wastewater is below 0.038mg/L. It meets national emission standards( 0.5mg/L).
