煤的表面结构与可浮性的关系

摘要:本文针对山西无烟煤、宁夏焦煤和山东济宁肥煤三种煤样,采用X-射线衍射对煤样矿物组成进行表征,山东济宁肥煤中粘土类矿物高岭石含量与其余煤样相比较少,宁夏焦煤中矿物种类较多。采用表面张力仪对煤样的润湿性进行表征,在水中润湿斜率的大小关系为k宁夏焦煤>k山西无烟煤>k山东济宁肥煤,表明三种煤样的亲水性比较结果为:宁夏焦煤>山东济宁肥煤>山西无烟煤。结果表明:通过对煤样的矿物组成与表面性能的研究得到的煤可浮性结论与浮选结果具有很好的一致性。

The relationship between Surface structure of coal and floatability
Abstract:In the thesis, Shanxi coal, Ningxia coal and Shandong coal were studied. Using X-ray diffraction to characterize the mineral composition of three samples of coal, Shandong coal content kaolinite clay mineral content of coal compared with other less Ningxia more coke in the minerals.The wettability of coal samples were tested by the surface tension. The slope of the Ningxia coal was the biggest. And, the slope of the Shanxi coal was bigger than the Shandong coal. The results showed that Ningxia coal has good hydrophilic than the other coals. By the mineral composition of coal and surface properties of coal can be floating and floating conclusions election results have good consistency.
