多径TCP传输性能模型与分析

摘要:多径TCP协议(MPTCP)是一种利用多条路径并发传输的传输层协议,可以提高端到端的吞吐率,增加网络利用率。针对多径TCP协议的性能模型,分析了影响其性能的主要因素,通过对流量分配的改进优化了多径TCP协议总体的性能,得到了多径TCP的性能模型,准确预测出多径TCP的吞吐率。设计了动态预留算法,并对多径TCP的流量分配进行了改进,消除了适应性问题。通过ns仿真对算法和结论进行了验证。

Throughput model and its analysis of multipath TCP
Abstract:Multipath TCP protocol (MPTCP) is a complicated transport layer protocol that transfers data by multiple paths simultaneously. It can improve end to end transmission throughput and increase network utilization. However, there are still deficiencies in the throughput model of MPTCP, which are investigated in this study. Firstly, a MPTCP throughput model is proposed, which can predict the throughput in real network environment. Secondly, a dynamic reservation algorithm is proposed to improve the traffic distribution and eliminate the adaptation problem of MPTCP. Finally, Extensive ns-2 simulation study has been performed to validate our design and algorithms.
