丙氨酸晶体的制备和晶面取向测定

摘要:本文主要研究丙氨酸晶体的制备以及其晶面确定的一种新方法。通过重点研究D-和L-两种丙氨酸对映体晶体的结晶过程和结构测定,并通过晶面表面形貌研究结合劳埃成像及X-射线衍射等方法确定晶面方向,然后对确定的晶面经过砂纸打磨,最后用水-正戊醇混合液成功抛光出(100)(010)(001)光学晶面,制备出了纯度高、镜面完整、光学性好的D-和L-丙氨酸晶体,证明了这种确定丙氨酸晶体晶面方向的方法的可行性,为后续做其它晶体光谱学研究提供便利、奠定基础。

Preparation and Orientation Determination of Alanine Crystals
Abstract:This paper studies the preparation and a new method of orientation analysis of alanine crystals. (N + H... O) hydrogen bonds of alanine enantiomers have a strong direction between up and down vibration. This article focuses on the crystallization process of crystals and structure determination of two kinds of D-and L-enantiomers of alanine, and through researching surface morphology of the crystal with Lloyd imaging and X- diffraction method ,we can determine the crystal surface with sandpaper sanding crystal surface, and finally with water - pentanol mixture polishing the (100) (010) (001) optical crystal planes. By successfully preparing alanine crystals of high purity, complete mirror face and great optical character, we testify the availability of this orientation analysis method of alanine crystals and thus lay the foundation of doing other optical research of crystals.
