载金二氧化钛纳米管光催化降解硝基苯废水

摘要:本文以水热法制备的TiO2纳米管(TNT)为基体,采用光还原法在TiO2纳米管上沉积贵金属金制备出载金TiO2纳米管(Au/TNT)。分析了载金前后TiO2纳米管对硝基苯废水的光催化性能的变化,并探讨了TiO2纳米管的焙烧温度、金掺杂量、反应体系的pH值对载金TiO2纳米管光催化性能的影响。结果表明:负载金后的TiO2纳米管对硝基苯的光催化去除率较负载前有明显提高;以400℃焙烧的TNT上负载0.1 wt(%)金的Au/TNT为光催化剂,在硝基苯浓度为100 mg/L、催化剂用量为0.4 g/L、pH值为3.02的条件下,Au/TNT对硝基苯的光催化去除率可达99.8%。

The Photocatalytic Performance of Au Doped Titania Nanotube for Nitrobenzene
Abstract:In this paper Au-doped titania nanotubes (Au/TNT) were prepared by photo-reduction method on the surface of Titania nanotubes (TNT).We take the nitrobenzene as a probe to analysis the changes of the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nanotubes between Au doped before and after,and we study the effects of calcination temperature of TNT,amount of Au doped and pH on the photocatalytic activities of Au/TNT for nitrobenzene removal. The results showed that Au doping enhanced the photocatalytic efficiency of TNT for nitrobenzene. The TNT calcined at 400 ℃, doped with 0.1 wt % Au showed the highest photocatalytic activity. After irradiation for 140min, the photocatalytic removal rate of Au/TNT for nitrobenzene reached 99.8% with the initial concentration of nitrobenzene 100 mg/L and the amount of photocatalyst 0.4 g/L.
