水热合成HZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛及其催化乙醇制丙烯

摘要:采用水热法合成了HZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛,并借助氮等温吸附脱附、X-射线衍射、氨程序升温脱附和催化剂性能评价技术比较研究了HSZM-5/SAPO-34催化剂的性质及其乙醇制丙烯催化性能。结果表明,HZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛中SAPO-34可能部分包裹在HZSM-5外,导致其具有独特的酸性和乙醇制丙烯催化性能。

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Catalytic Reactivity of HZSM-5/SAPO-34 for Ethanol Conversion to Propylene
Abstract:HZSM-5/SAPO-34 composite zeolite was hyrothermally synthesized and its reactivity in ethanol conversion to propylene was test. In addition, the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, nitrogen isothermal adsorption-desorption, amomina temperature-programmed desorption. The results show, SAPO-34 partially overlapped HZSM-5 in HZSM-5/SAPO-34 composite zeolite, which resulted in the disctinctive acidity and catalytic reactivity of the catalyst.
