聚氨酯酰亚胺的合成和表征

摘要:以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、均苯四甲酸二酐为单体,采用聚氨酯预聚体法溶液聚合合成了聚氨酯酰亚胺(PUI)。探讨了各种反应条件对PUI合成反应的影响。产物的结构由FT-IR表征,产物的特性粘数乌式粘度计测定;结果表明:当预聚温度为80℃,预聚时间为2.5h,MDI/PTMG/PMDA=2/1/1时,合成的PUI粘度最佳,易于成膜;该物质能溶于少数几种强极性非质子有机溶剂,且对无机稀酸具有一定的抗腐蚀性。

The Preparation and Characterization of Polyurethane-imide
Abstract:In this paper,Polyurethane-imide was synthesized by PU prepolymer solution polymerization from PTMG、MDI and PMDA. The effect of various reaction conditions on synthesis reaction was investigated. The synthetic product was characterized by infrared spectrum(FT-IR). The intrinsic viscosity was characterized by Ubbelohde viscometer. When prepolymerization temperature of 80℃, prepolymerization time is 2.5h, and MDI/PTMG/PMDA =2/1/1, the viscosity of PUI is easy film formation.The PUIs can soluble in strong polar solvents, and also had certain resistance to dilute inorganic acid corrosion.
