基于PLC的水闸自动监控系统

摘要:近些年来,我国极端恶劣的天气例如大涝与大旱越来越频繁,针对这一问题,国家提出了在十二五规划中要加大水利建设的投入。与此同时,随着信息化在水利方面的大力推广,作为水利方面的最重要的水闸自动监控系统也日益受到重视。运用先进的自动控制技术、计算机网络技术、传感器技术与通信技术来建立水闸自动监控系统,不但能够提高水闸信息采集的准确性、灵活性和快速性,而且可以加强水闸运行的可靠性和安全性,为上级领导部门做出正确的决策提供科学的依据。本文以河北岳城水库的闸门自动监控作为研究对象,通过PLC实现对现场单元的控制以及采集闸门的各类信息,然后通过以太网通讯技术将数据信息传送给上位机,由上位机进行显示与处理;同时,上位机也可以通过以太网将人为的决策传送给PLC,PLC收到命令后执行这些命令来控制现场单元,以此实现了上下位机的相互通讯。

Automatic Monitoring System of Sluice Gate based on PLC
Abstract:In recent years, extreme weather frequently occurred in our country such as flood and drought. As to this problem, our government has presented that it is going to intensify investment of construction of water conservancy in 12th five-year plan. Meanwhile, with promotion of information technology in water conservancy, automatic monitoring system of sluice gate, the most important part in water conservancy, is paid more attention now.The automatic monitoring system of sluice gate including automatic control technology, computer network technology, sensor technology and communication technology not only improves accuracy, flexibility and rapidity of information gathered from sluice gate, but also enhances reliablitiy and safety of sluice gate, which could give government leaders the scientific basis in order to make correct decisions. In this paper, the research object is the automatic monitoring system of sluice gate of the town yuecheng in hebei province. First, PLC is used to control local controller unit and gathers some kind of information of sluice gate. Then the data is transferred to PC by Ethernet communication technology. PC will display and deal with all the information. What`s more, PC could also transfer decision to PLC by Ethernet communication technology. After receving instructions from PC, PLC will execute these instructions to control local controller unit. By this way, the communication between PC and PLC is achieved.
