蒙东地区脱水褐煤成型工艺条件研究

摘要:褐煤热稳定性差,干燥过程中会产生大量粉煤,粉煤难于使用、储存及运输。本文针对蒙东地区褐煤脱水后产生的粉煤,采用添加粘结剂的成型工艺对脱水褐煤成型。通过单因素实验,从成型温度、成型压力、煤料粒度、粘结剂添加量和烘干温度五个方面对脱水褐煤有粘结剂成型工艺条件进行了探索,得到了影响型煤质量的主要工艺参数,为脱水褐煤成型理论研究提供了可靠的基础数据。

The Molding Conditions of East-Mongolia Dehydrated Lignite
Abstract:The poor thermal stability of lignite makes a lot of powders during the drying process, these powders are difficult to use, storage and transportation. In this paper, The powders from dehydration of lignite in East-Mongolia is used in the molding process with adding binder. By single factor experiments, from the molding temperature, molding pressure, coal particle size, binder dosage and drying temperature on the dehydration of lignite, the molding process conditions with binder have been explored and the main process parameters for forming dehydration of lignite has been gotten, which provided many reliable basic datas for the molding theory of dehydrated lignite.
