尖晶石型MAl2O4(M=Cu,Zn)粉体的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要:以有机物前驱体法制备铝酸盐尖晶石MAl2O4( M=Cu,Zn),采用X-射线衍射、透射电镜等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:700℃焙烧得ZnAlO4,800℃焙烧得到CuAlO4和微量CuO。在以甲基橙为降解物和100W汞灯辐照2h的光催化实验中,700℃焙烧ZnAl2O4粉体对甲基橙的脱色率为89.4%;而800℃的CuAl2O4显示了优异的降解效果,对甲基橙的脱色率可以达到96.7%。

Synthesis and Study on Photocatalytic Properties of Aluminate Spinel Powders
Abstract:In this paper, spinel-type aluminate photocatalysts MAl2O4(M=Cu,Zn) were synthesized by organic precursor method. These samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, etc. It is found that ZnAl2O4 powders were synthesized at 700℃ and CuAl2O4 with little CuO at 800℃. The results show that the decolorizing efficiency of methyl orange can reach 89.4% by using ZnAl2O4 powders synthesized at 700℃ and 96.7% by using CuAl2O4 powders synthesized at 800℃ which shows higher photocatalytic efficiency under 2 hours illumination of 100W mercury lamp.
