实验条件对褐煤热解特性的影响

摘要:采用非等温热重法对白音华褐煤热解特性进行了实验研究,考察了升温速率和粒度对白音华褐煤热解特性的影响,结果表明:褐煤热解分为三个阶段,褐煤热解挥发分的析出主要发生在300℃到600℃之间,升温速率是影响褐煤热解的主要因素,粒度对褐煤的热解也有一定的影响。挥发分的析出随着升温速率的增大,有明显的热滞后现象,失重速率和最大失重速率温度也有明显提高,粒度对最大失重速率的影响不大,煤样失重量随着粒度的增大会有所下降。

the effect of the experimental condition on the pyrolysis characteristics of lignite
Abstract:Experimental studies on the pyrolysis characteristics of Baiyinhua lignite were carried out by non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis. Examined the effect of the heating rate and particle size on pyrolysis characteristics of Baiyinhua lignite. The results show that: lignite pyrolysis is divided into three stages, the lignite pyrolysis volatile precipitation mainly occurs between 300℃ to 600℃, the heating rate is the main influence factors of lignite pyrolysis, the particle size also have a certain impact on lignite pyrolysis. There is a obvious thermal hysteresis of volatile precipitation with heating rate increases, weight loss rate and maximum weight loss rate temperature has risen markedly. Particle size has little effect on the maximum weight loss rate. Coal sample weight loss decrease slightly as the particle size increases.
