多台凿井绞车同步控制和安全保护系统的设计

摘要:针对立井凿井施工中的多台凿井绞车同步运行中,依靠人的主观判断进行操作,缺乏准确性和可靠性,造成凿井绞车群提升、悬吊中难以同步运行、易发生载荷偏斜和断绳事故的问题,提出一种以PLC为控制单元,使用变频器、增量编码器通过闭环控制系统,对多台凿井绞车电机转速进行控制,使其同步运行,同时在提升载荷和钢丝绳终端分别增加倾角传感器、拉力传感器,防止载荷偏斜和断绳事故的发生,从而实现多台凿井绞车同步控制和安全保护,以提高工作效率,增加经济效益。

Design of the more Sinking Hoists Synchronic control and system
Abstract:In view of many Sinking Hoists in the Synchronic control, depend on a person of subjective criterion to operate, lack accuracy and reliability, easy to have the deflection and the accident of wirerope bread protection, proposed that one kind take PLC as the control unit, uses inverter, increment coder passes closed-loop control system, control the winch electromoter speed and make it synchronously circulate. inclination angle sensor, pulling force sensor, realizes many drilling a well winch synchronization control and the safekeeping of security, raises the working efficiency, increases the economic efficiency.
