微型热电器件应用的最新研究进展

摘要:可以用于微区控温、温差发电及测温传感的微型热电器件近年来得到了产业和学术界的广泛关注,其应用范围已经扩展到集成电路、电子元器件、微机电系统(MEMS)、生物医学工程、国防以及航空航天等多个领域。综述了近几年来微型热电器件应用方面的研究进展,针对热电能量转换和测温传感等不同的应用背景总结了微型热电器件的工作原理、结构布局以及材料性能参数的选择方法,并列举、比较了近期国内外文献报道的微型热电器件相关的一些典型研究成果。

The latest research progress in the applications of thermoelectric microdevices
Abstract:In recent years, micro-thermoelectric devices, which can be utilized as micro-zone temperature controllers, power generators and temperature sensors, have attracted much attention in industry and academia. These devices find applications in integrated circuits, electronic components, micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), biological and medical engineering, defense and aerospace. In this study, we reviewed the latest research progress in the applications of micro-thermoelectric devices. According to the different applications for thermoelectric energy conversion and temperature sensing, we summarized the theories, structural layouts and materials selection, and listed and compared some notable examples about micro-thermoelectric applications from the latest reports.
