超临界水热处理路线合成镍铝水滑石

摘要:本文将超临界二氧化碳体系引入到Ni/Al水滑石的制备中,研究了不同反应温度对所制备水滑石的结晶度及形貌的影响,实验结果表明在超临界二氧化碳流体作用下,当反应温度为150℃,经过5小时水热处理后可以得到结晶性良好、形貌规整的水滑石材料。对经不同温度焙烧后的样品进行比表面积分析,结果表明超临界二氧化碳体系法制备的Ni/Al水滑石经500℃焙烧后比表面积高达144.2 m2og-1。

Ni/Al layered double hydroxide material prepared by hydrothermal treatment approach in a supercritical CO2 solvet
Abstract:The Ni/Al Layered Double Hydroxide Materials were prepared by hydrothermal treatment approach in a supercritical CO2 solvent and a further exploration on the crystal structure and morphology was carried out accordingly. The results indicated that well-crystalized materials with relatively high specific surface area values have been prepared in 5 h at 150 ℃. An in-depth study of the specific surface area of calcined samples has been carried out. The specific surface area value of Ni/Al Layered Double Hydroxide samples calcined at the temperature of 500 ℃ was 144.2 m2og-1. A new, fast synthesis method for Ni/Al LDH materials with high crystallinity and well-defined hexagonal shapes was developed.
