卡尔曼滤波模型在GPS监测网中的应用研究

摘要:介绍了卡尔曼滤波的基本原理,根据GPS监测网的特点,导出了基于卡尔曼滤波的GPS监测系统的状态方程和观测方程的纯量形式和矩阵形式并给出系统的滤波方程,最后详细研究了判断是否发生形变的方法。运用所导出的方程对模拟GPS监测网数据进行了计算分析,取得了满意的效果,验证了所导出的卡尔曼滤波方程在GPS监测网数据处理中的实用性、有效性,同时对状态方程的建立及初始值的选取进行分析总结,建议选取抗差估计值作为滤波估计的初始值,效果更好。

Research on the Research on the Application of Kalman Filtering Model in GPS Monitoring Networks
Abstract:The paper firstly introduced the basic theory of Kalman Filtering , then puts forward the state equation and observation equation in matrix and simple, and gives the filtering equation when Kalman filtering is applied to the GPS monitoring system based on the characteristic of GPS monitoring network; last discusses the method for testing the deformation. The results of the analyzing for a simulated GPS monitoring network are satisfied and the applicability of this method is demonstrated using the derived equations, at the same time summarizes the established of state equation and selection of initial value ,it is suggested that it is better to use the robust estimates as the initial value of Kalman Filtering.
