低阶煤可浮性及浮选速率模型研究

摘要:采用工业分析、元素分析和粒度组成分析,研究了低阶煤的可浮性。在此基础上进行了浮选速度试验,并利用试验结果对低阶煤的浮选速率模型进行曲线拟合,经过Matlab数值计算建立了最终的浮选速率模型。研究表明:低阶煤煤样表面含有大量含氧官能团,亲水性强,可浮性很差;一级矩形分布模型是低阶煤煤样最合适的浮选速率模型,相关系数平方0.9959,达到了很高的拟合精度。

The study on floatability and rate model of low-rank coal
Abstract:Using proximate analyses, ultimate analyses and grain composition analyses to research the floatability of low-rank coal. On the basis of this ,flotation speed test are carried out and the low-rank coal flotation rate model of curve is fitted according to the result, and numerical calculation by Matlab builds the final flotation rate model. The study shows that the surface of low-rank coal are the abundance of oxygen groups, strong hydrophilicity and poor hydrophobicity, the most appropriate flotation rate model of low-rank coal sample is the first-degree rectangular distribution model, and the squared of correlation coefficients is 0.9959 which achieves a high fitting precision.
