基于稀疏网格改进的种子填充方法及其在虚拟肝脏手术中的应用

摘要:提出了一种基于稀疏网格的改进的种子填充方法,该方法通过定义一种新的种子点判定模式,将应用在平面区域中的种子填充方法扩展到了三维网格表面上;针对区域填充染色在稀疏网格上进行时遇到的毛刺现象,提出了使用贝赛尔曲线平滑处理方法来消除毛刺,达到平滑边界线的效果。最后将上述两种方法综合应用在虚拟肝脏手术的美兰标定过程中,达到了较好的实时性和逼真的模拟效果。

The improved seed fill algorithm based on sparse grid and the application to the virtual liver surgery
Abstract:Providing an improved seed fill algorithm by defining a new seed point distinguishing method. Making the seed fill algorithm not only use in the flat problem but also in the three-dimensional grid problem. Against the Glitch when the improved seed fill algorithm using by the sparse grid, we provide a smooth method by using Bézier curve. At last, by summing up the two methods above, we take it into the virtual liver surgery to solve the methylene blue marking problem. The improved seed fill algorithm and the smooth method by using Bézier curve can provide a fast and visually realistic simulation for the boundary-fill problem of the sparse grid.
