聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜表面超疏水改性

摘要:采用溶液浸没相转化法对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维疏水膜进行超疏水改性。考察了涂覆液中PVDF和非溶剂(低分子量二醇类化合物PG)的含量对膜疏水性能的影响。结果表明,在浊点处的涂覆液更能提高膜丝的疏水性能;在30℃下,当涂覆液中PVDF含量为1.84wt%时,涂覆后 PVDF基膜的表面静态接触角(CA)从86.8 ±2.5 提高到163.7 ±2.5 。本文还研究了PVDF中空纤维外表面涂覆后水膜压力的变化情况。结果表明,CA从75 提高到147 后,在0.5m水深下,水膜压力从0.089MPa降低至0.005MPa,膜的疏水性得到显著提高。

Super-hydrophobic Modification of PVDF Hollow Fiber Membrane by Dipping Coating
Abstract:Hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane was modified by non- solvent induced phase separation, in order to obtain super-hydrophobic membranes. The effects of the content of PVDF and non-solvent (low-molecular-weight diols PG) in the casting solutions, and the effect of operating conditions during the modification process on the morphology and properties of the modified membranes were studied. The results showed that the hydrophobicity of the membrane increased most when the casting solution was at the cloud point. When the content of PVDF in the casting solution were 1.84wt%, just at the cloud point, the static contact angle(CA) of the membrane surface was enhanced to 163.7 ±2.5 . Water film pressure was introduced to characterize the hydrophobicity of the composite membranes. As the CA of the membranes increased from 75 to 147 , the water film pressure at 0.5m water bath decreased from 0.089MPa to 0.005MPa, which partially testified the increase of the hydrophobicity of the membranes.
