基于红外传感器的高压开关温度精确监测

摘要:针对使用红外传感器测量高压开关触点温度误差大的问题,提出了一种具有环境温度补偿效果的红外测温数学模型,并结合红外温度传感器TPS334,讲述信号调理电路设计要点、软件处理算法、传感器使用注意事项三方面,展示提高测量精度的具体措施。达到了预期的设计效果。

An Accurate Temperature Measurement of High-voltage Switch Based on Infrared Sensor
Abstract:A mathematical model with ambient temperature compensation was proposed to avoid the problem that the temperature measurement of switch contacts in high-voltage switchgear based on infrared sensor is not accurate. Then this paper introduced a infrared temperature sensor called TPS334, and described three methods to improve the accuracy, such as circuit design in signal processing, software algorithms, and notes in using temperature sensor in detail, achieving the desired design effect.
