MAYA模拟两相流系统可视化应用

摘要: 油水两相流是石油化工类等工业过程中常见的流动现象。这种在密封管道中的流动现象是不可见的,将此真实流动现象进行可视化处理将为科学发现和控制决策提供及时的可视化信息,这具有重要意义。对油水两相流模拟借助虚拟现实环境,采用MAYA脚本语言MEL建立结构模型,同时应用等面积插值算法来加强对图像细节的显示,并结合MAYA中的灯光和材质对两相流系统液态流动效果进行制作,实验结果表明,基于MAYA平台应用该方法对两相流的四种流型的连续动态仿真调试,其结果真实自然。

The Application of Modeling Two-Phase Flow Systems Visualization Based on MAYA Software
Abstract:Oil-water two-phase flow is that the common flow phenomena in petrochemical industry, which is invisible flow phenomena in a sealed pipeline, while making this phenomena of the real flow visible, for scientific discovery and decision making that can provide timely visualization of information is of great significance. In this paper, I adopted Maya Script language-MEL to carry out the structural modeling, applied the equal area algorithm to enhance image detail for display, combined with Lighting and materials of MAYA on the two-phase flow system, applying render effects of liquid flow in order to achieve two-phase flow visualization simulation. Through debugging the four kinds of oil-water two-phase flow pattern of continuous dynamic simulation and achieve good visual effect ultimately.
