实施运动处方前后肥胖女大学生LPL基因表达的影响

摘要:目的:通过检测肥胖女大学生进行有氧运动处方前后外周血脂蛋白脂酶LPL基因表达的变化,揭示肥胖女大学生运动处方减肥的可能分子机制。方法:以60名肥胖女大学生为受试对象,自制并实施有氧运动处方12周,分别在试验前后对肥胖女大学体重、体重指数、腰围指标进行测定;应用RT-PCR法检测外周血LPL基因的表达。结果:实施12周有氧大众健美操和力量练习相结合的有氧运动处方后,肥胖女大学生体重、体重指数、腰围有明显减少(p<0.05);血清LPL活性显著性提高(p<0.01);LPL的活性与体重呈负相关R=0.703(p<0.05);LPL基因表达升高(p<0.05)。结论:本文自制的减肥运动处方能有效达到减肥的目的,实施12周锻炼肥胖女大学生腰围和体重明显降低,并且体重的降低与LPL活性呈负相关;运动处方减肥的可能机制是通过增强LPL基因的表达促血液中LPL活性发挥生物学效应消耗机体脂肪。以上提示LPL基因表达及其活性可以作为肥胖女大学生减肥的分子标记物。

Effects of 12-week Aerobic exercise prescription on LPL expression of female college students
Abstract:Objective: To detect obese female college students before and after the aerobic exercise prescription peripheral lipoprotein lipase LPL gene expression changes, obese female college students revealed weight loss exercise prescription possible molecular mechanism.Methods: 60 obese female college students as subjects, and implementation of self-prescription of aerobic exercise for 12 weeks, respectively, in obese women before and after testing the University of weight, body mass index, waist circumference measured indicators; using RT-PCR assay of peripheral LPL geneof expression.Results: The implementation of the 12 weeks of aerobic and strength exercises Aerobics combination of aerobic exercise prescription, the obese female college students weight, body mass index, waist circumference significantly decreased (p<0.05); serum LPL activity significantly increased (p<0.01);negative correration of the LPL activity and weight R=0.703(p <0.05); LPL gene expression was increased (p<0.05).Conclusion: This self-made weight-loss exercise prescription can effectively achieve the purpose of weight loss, obese female college students to implement 12 weeks significantly reduced body weight and waist circumference, and weight loss was negatively correlated with LPL activity; exercise prescription for weight loss is a possible mechanism of enhanced LPL gene expression by promoting LPL activity in the blood play a biological effect of consumption of body fat. The LPL gene expression and activity of obese female college students can as molecular weight markers.
