大型直线振动筛下横梁静力学仿真分析

摘要:大型直线振动筛广泛应用于矿山等行业,下横梁断裂严重影响其使用效果。以某型直线振动筛下横梁为研究对象,利用Solidworks软件建立其三维实体模型,运用Solidworks-Simulation软件对其进行静力学仿真分析。分析结果表明:在下横梁槽钢上表面的中间位置、1/3以及1/6位置应力最大,存在应力集中,容易最先出现裂纹。

Static simulation analysis of the lower crossbeam of large linear vibration screen
Abstract:The large linear vibration screen is widely used in the mine industry etc, the fracture of lower crossbeam affect its use effect seriously. This paper take the lower crossbeam of one kind of large linear vibmtion screen for study, establishing its three-dimensional model with Solidworks software, and taking static simulation analysis with Solidworks- Simulation software.The result indicates that stress of middle、1/3 and 1/6 position on the upper surface of channel of the lower crossbeam is the largest, where stress concentration exists and crack appears easily in the first.
