基于Hough变换的细胞图像识别统计方法

摘要:提出一个细胞显微图像识别统计方法。在传统Hough变换算法中引入Sobel边缘检测算子进行预处理。将图像空间中的样本特征点映射到参数空间,通过对参数空间中峰值的统计,确定待测图形解析方程参数,实现对圆形细胞的识别与计数功能。利用边缘检测算子,锐化图像的边缘,提高了检测精度,反复实验表明,系统提高了对圆形细胞图像的识别率。

A Cell Image Recognition and Statistical Methods Based on Hough Transform
Abstract:Propose a microscopic cell image recognition statistical method. Introduce Sobel edge detection operator to the traditional Hough transform algorithm. Map the feature points of the image space to the parame-ter space. By counting the peak points of the parameter space, we can determine the parameters of the image analysis equation. Useing edge detection operator, sharpen the edges of the image and improve the detection ac-curacy. Repeated experiments show that the round cell image recognition rate is improved.
