含吡唑啉酮结构的苯并三唑紫外线吸收剂的合成与应用

摘要:苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂以其优异的紫外线吸收能力而被广泛应用,在合成及应用方面国内外研究较多。本文以对氯邻硝基苯胺为重氮组分,1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮为偶合组分制得含吡唑啉酮结构的偶氮染料,然后在碱性水溶液中用二氧化硫脲还原制得新型含吡唑啉酮结构的苯并三唑型紫外线吸收剂UVZ,利用核磁,红外,质谱等表征其结构;将UVZ应用于涤纶织物上,能够显著提高整理织物的UPF值,紫外吸收效果良好。

Synthesis and Applicaton of Pyrazolone Type Benzotriazole UV Absorber
Abstract:Benzotriazole UV absorber has an excellent absorbing UV light ability and was used widely in some fields, which was got more and more concerned by researchers. In this paper, we used 4-chloro-2-nitroaniline and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone to synthesize a kind of azo dye. The dye was reduced by thiourea dioxide in aqueous solution of NaOH and got a new pyrazolone type benzotriazole UV absorber UVZ. The structure of UVZ was confirmed by 1H-NMR, IR and mass spectrometry. After sanding the UVZ with dispersant, dying it to ployster textile, the UPF of the dyed textile have an obvious improvement.
