摘要:胎儿血红蛋白(HbF)是在胎儿期间大量存在的血红蛋白,成年人体内含量极少,低于1%。但是不少成年人的HbF表达水平较高。HbF表达水平的高低,是β-地中海贫血表型的修饰因素。根据一系列的研究表明,HbF表达水平增高的分子机制主要是β珠蛋白基因簇自身变异和其他基因的影响。了解这些分子因素,可为阐明HbF的内在调控机制提供新的线索,并有助于开发新的β-地中海贫血治疗方法。

The molecular factors affecting the expression level of fetal hemoglobin
Abstract:Fetal hemoglobin (HbF), which expresses mainly in fetal period, expresses rarely in adults, and it's about less than 1%. But many adults have high level of expression of HbF. A lot of research has showed that the molecular mechanism of high levels of HbF in adults is related to the mutation in β-globin gene cluster and other genes., It is useful in elucidating the internal mechanism of expression of HbF, and providing new clues to develop new treatments to thalassemia patients.
