仿昆虫扑翼微型飞行器设计参数对能耗特性的影响分析

摘要:本文采用计算流体力学的方法研究仿昆虫扑翼微型飞行器翼的运动参数和几何参数对飞行器能耗特性的影响。结果表明:悬停时,增大扑翼迎角、拍动幅度和频率可明显增大气动功率和总功率且总功率平均值随拍动幅度和频率的增加分别近似为平方和立方关系;扑翼材料的改变引起转动惯量变化,进而对总功率产生本质影响;增大翼型厚度使转动惯量增加、进而增大惯性功率,与气动功率叠加后的总效果是总功率也有显著的增加;增大扑翼展弦比使总功率的增大主要来自于气动功率的增大;翻转时间、模式和转轴位置对能耗的影响是不明显的。基于仿昆虫扑翼微型飞行器的设计要求,在一定尺寸范围内,选择合适迎角、拍动幅度和频率,采用较薄的大展弦比外形,采用轻质材料制作,同时在拍动中将负功存储并伺机释放,可使飞行器系统在具有较好气动特性的基础上付出较少的能量,利于持续飞行。

Effect of design parameters on power requirements in insect-liking flapping-wing micro-air-vechicle
Abstract:The effect of flapping wing motion and geometry parameters on power requirements in insect-liking micro-air-vechicle (MAV) is studied by computational fluid dynamics (CFD). It is shown aerodynamic power requirements and total power requirements increase significantly as the angle of attack, amplitude and frequency of flapping wing increase in hovering. Furthermore, the average total power requirements is proportional to the square of amplitude and cubic of frequency, respectively. The wing moment of inertia varies with the material and makes the total power requirements changed. The thickness of airfoil changes the moment of inertia and inertia power requirements, it causes total power requirements changed significant combined with aerodynamic power requirements. After wing aspect ratio becomes large, total power requirements increase mainly due to aerodynamic power requirements. The effect of rotation time and mode and axis positon are not important from the power requirements point of view. According to the design and size limitation, the appropriate angle of attack, amplitude and frequency, thinner airfoil with greater aspect ratio, lighter material and power storage device can make the aircraft system consume less power requirements with better aerodynamic characteristics and the capable of continuous flight.
