溶液接枝聚合CSM-PEG性能研究

摘要:采用溶液接枝聚合法制备CSM-PEG共聚物,通过正交实验法研究了反应条件对接枝聚合的影响;并对共聚物材料的吸水率、保水性能等进行了研究。结果表明:CSM 质量为10g,PEG为10ml,引发剂K2S2O8用量为0.15g,反应温度为70℃时,共聚物的接枝率和吸水率最大。随着吸水时间的增加,吸水温度的增大,共聚物的吸水率同时增大。共聚物保水率随着时间的增加而减小。

Study on Solution-Grafting of CSM-PEG
Abstract:CSM-PEG copolymer was prepared by solution grafting polymerization. By orthogonal experiments, effect of reaction conditions on grafting polymerization was studied, and water absorption and water retention capacity. The results show that: CSM mass of 10g, PEG is 10ml, the amount of initiator K2S2O8 0.15g, the reaction temperature is 70℃, the copolymer has the maximum grafting ratio and water absorption. With the increase in water absorption time and water temperature, water absorption of the copolymer also increases. With the increase in time, water retention ratio increases.
