粒子滤波的SLAM算法

摘要:本文首先对移动机器人的同时定位与地图创建问题进行了阐述,继而讨论了移动机器人在室内未知环境下的SLAM问题,在分析粒子滤波算法的基础上,提出了以下方法:基于粒子滤波的移动机器人同时定位与地图创建方法,并给出了粒子滤波的相应的matlab实现。粒子滤波在国外已经是一种较成熟的滤波技术,目前在国内也有很多高校正在研究,本文对粒子滤波的原理和研究进展进行了详细的介绍同时对粒子滤波的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:In this paper,the mobile robot and simultaneous localization and mapping problem is discussed first in this paper,then discussed the mobile robot in indoor unknown environment of SLAM problem, based on the analysis of the particle filter algorithm, Put forward the particle filter of mobile robot synchronous simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) method, And gives the corresponding matlab of particle filter.The particle filter is a kind of more mature filtering technology in foreign countries, and is currently also has a lot of colleges are studying in the home.This paper introduces the principle of the particle filter and research progress of the particle filter, Looking to the future development of particle filter.
