基于灵敏度分析的卡车驾驶室结构优化

摘要:建立了某卡车驾驶室的有限元模型,对驾驶室结构进行了自由模态分析和典型工况下的静力学分析,结果表明其第一阶模态频率偏低、扭转强度不足。为了改善该驾驶室的低阶模态特性,以提高第一阶模态频率为目标,把驾驶室各板件厚度作为设计变量,进行了灵敏度分析。依据灵敏度分析结果,以驾驶室总质量和静态弯曲刚度为约束条件,对驾驶室结构进行了优化。优化后结构的质量增加了0.59%,但结构模态频率提高了9.68%,静态弯曲刚度和扭转刚度分别提高了3.51%和12.03%,结构性能得到了改善。

Structure Optimization of Truck Cab based on Sensitivity Analysis
Abstract:The finite element model of a heavy truck cab is established at first. With the model, both modal analysis and static analysis indicate that the frequency of the first order mode is low and the structure stiffness of the cab is insufficient under torsion condition. In order to improve the structure characteristic, the sensitivity analysis of the cab plate thickness is done, while the first order mode frequency is taken as the objective. Based on the sensitivity analysis results, the cab is optimized under the constraint conditions of the mass and static blending stiffness. Finally an optimization project is put forward, compared with the original cab, its mass increase 0.59%, while its first order mode frequency increases 9.68%, static blending stiffness and torsion stiffness increase 3.51% and 12.03% respectively, which shows that the structure characteristic is greatly improved.
