上皮间充质转化(EMT)与创伤修复研究进展

摘要:上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT)是指上皮细胞在某些生理或病理条件下失去上皮细胞特征并获得间充质细胞特征的生物学过程,其间涉及复杂的调控网络与分子机制。根据其在不同的生物学过程中起作用分为三个类型。在创伤修复的复杂过程中,表皮细胞经历EMT过程进行再生重建表皮层,对该过程进行深入研究对于创伤修复乃至干细胞与组织工程具有潜在意义。本文就此予以综述。

Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition and Wound Healing
Abstract:Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is a biological process that epithelial cells lose polarity to be mesenchymal-like cells and acquire the ability of migration and invasion, involved in complex regulation network and molecular mechanisms. EMTs are classified into three different biological subtypes based on the biological context. Keratinocyte-driven re-epithelialization in wound healing recapitulates several aspects of EMT. Lucubrating about it has potential significance on wound healing and stem cell and tissue engineering.
