光纤陀螺光纤环检测系统中调制误差分析

摘要:分析了利用温度激励检测光纤陀螺光纤环检测系统中的调制误差问题,对方波调制误差的理论进行仿真和实验分析。表明调制误差在检测系统对光纤环实施温度激励时会与shupe效应相混,严重影响光纤环检测结果的准确性。提出了使用高精度占空比方波调制可以有效抑制调制误差,从而使得温度激励检测系统可以有效分辨光纤环对称性,进而分辨其绕制质量。

Analysis of effect of square wave modulation errors in Fiber Optical Gyro fiber coils testing system
Abstract:It is analyzed that the square wave modulation errors in the transient characteristic testing method of Fiber Optical Gyro(FOG) fiber coil based on temperature excitation. Theory of square wave modulation errors is identified acceptable by the experiment. It is indicated that shupe in effect and modulation errors are mixed up in transient characteristic testing based on temperature excitation and influences greatly on the veracity of transient characteristic testing. The modulation error can be reduced by high precise duty cycle modulation square wave ,so the symmetry and quality of fiber coils can be detected effectively.
