摘要:2006年以来,在积极组织行为研究盛行的大背景下,组织行为学领域学者们开始关注员工的亲社会违背规则行为,即员工为帮助组织或者组织的利益相关者有意识地违背正式的组织政策、规定或禁令的行为。本文将从该研究兴起的背景开始,介绍相关概念及测量方式,回顾亲社会违背规则行为的影响因素和结果,展望了未来研究的方向。

Employees' Prosocial Rule Breaking Behavior: A Review and Suggestions on Future Research
Abstract:In the background of increasing research on positive organizational behavior, scholars in organizational behavior began to study prosocial rule breaking behavior since 2006. Prosocial rule breaking behavior is defined as any instance where an employee intentionally violates a formal organizational policy, regulation, or prohibition with the primary intention of promoting the welfare of the organization or one of its stakeholders. In this paper the author starts with background of this concept, review previous studies on measurement, antecedents and outcomes of prosocial rule breaking. Suggestions on future research are also discussed.
