双层超静定液压支架稳定性研究

摘要:简述了新型双层超静定液压支架的结构特点。为提高液压支架的稳定性从支架的横向稳定性和纵向稳定性两方面对支架进行了研究。通过分析液压支架倾倒模型和滑移模型研究了工作面倾角大小对液压支架横向稳定性的影响。推导了加工装配时销轴孔间隙所产生的横向偏移量和附加力矩公式。分析了被动水平力对液压支架纵向稳定性的影响。通过力学模型研究了完整顶板、破碎顶板下液压支架纵向稳定情况。提出了提高双层超静定液压支架稳定性的措施。

Study on stability of hyperstatic hydraulic support with double deck
Abstract:Simplely introduced the structure characteristics of the hyperstatic hydraulic support with double deck.To improve the stability of hydraulic support both the lateral and longitudinal stability were studied.By analysing the hydraulic support dumping model and sliding model to study the influence of the work face angle to the hydraulic support lateral stability.The lateral displacement and additional moment formula because of the assembling clearance were processed.The influence of the passive level force to the hydraulic support longitudina stability was studied.The influence factors of the hydraulic support longitudina stability related to the complete roof and the broken roof are analyzed. Finally propose measures to improve the stability of the hyperstatic hydraulic support with double deck.
