摘要:本文通过引入三类基函数的概念,提出了一种基于基函数的新的动态优化问题进化求解策略,该方法使用基函数的线性组合去替代以往的分段线性函数取近似控制轨线,并使用三角差分进化算法优化控制参数。通过对几个经典的化工过程优化控制问题使用基函数进化策略仿真研究,得出了结论:新方法在可以获得与以往方案精度相当甚至更优的结果,是一种值得采用的新方法。

An Evolutionary Method Based on Three Types of Basis Functions for Dynamic Optimization Problem
Abstract:This paper introduces three types of basis functions, and then propose a new evolutionary method based on basis functions for dynamic optimization problem. This method uses linear combination of basis functions to replace the step functions to approximation control trajectory, and optimize control parameters by evolution algorithm . Through simulation studies in several classic dynamic optimization problems, it came to the conclusion that the new approach can obtain solutions with the same accuracy or even better solutions when compared with the previous method using piecewise constant functions, therefore, the proposed method is worthwhile to be used in the future studies.
