矿用无轨胶轮自卸车车架的静态分析

摘要:为了减轻车辆的重量,降低油耗,利用pro/e软件建立矿用无轨胶轮自卸车车架的三维模型,并通过Ansys分析软件建立分析模型进行分析。分析车架在满载弯曲和扭曲工况下的应力分布情况。通过分析发现整个车架弯曲工况下满足设计要求,在扭转工况下应力值比较大,驾驶员应避免这种情况。所得的结论也为车架的优化设计提供了参考和依据。

Static Analysis of Mine Trackless Rubber Tire Dump Truck Frame
Abstract:In order to reduce the weight of the frame and the fuel consumption, the pro/e software was used to establish 3D model for the Mine Trackless Rubber Tire Dump Truck Frame and analysis model was established by Ansys software. The analysis of the stress distribution was done under the conditions that the frame was in bending and torsion with the full laden. The static analysis results is proved that the frame's characteristics under the first condition meets the requirements of the frame design, but the second is not. The driver should avoid this condition. The conclusions can be used in the improvement design for the frame as theory reference and basis.
