一种新型甘草源α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的提取研究

摘要:本研究从甘草液中获得了一种新型α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂物质。利用大孔树脂的吸附特性,对甘草液中的α葡糖糖苷酶抑制剂物质进行了吸附分离,并以α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂物质对葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性对纯化效果进行评价, 确定了甘草中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制物质的最佳纯化工艺。结果表明:正交实验结果表明提取α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制物质的最佳工艺条件:提取温度为30℃、提取时间为1h、提取试剂为水。各因素对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制物质提取率的影响顺序为: 提取时间>温度>提取试剂>料液比。所提取的甘草α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制物质酶活性抑制率可达95%。本方法为制备天然植物源降血压药物提供了可借鉴的数据。

Study on extraction of a novle α-Glucosidase inhibitor from Glycyrrhizins
Abstract:A novel α-glucosidase inhibitor was achieved by using Macroporous adsorption resin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The adsorption activity and desorption activity of macroporous resin was determined thorough examining the α-glucosidase inhibitor adsorption of Glycyrrhizins uralensis Fisch by Macroporous adsorption resin,Therefore, the optimal purification process conditions using water as extraction regent were: extraction temprerature 30℃ and extraction time 1hour. Under which , the inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch was 95%.
