摘要:本文采用RAFT聚合制备了一种同时带有羧基、羟基和磺酸基的嵌段共聚物,采用红外光谱和核磁共振等方法对共聚物进行了表征;以制备的嵌段共聚物为改性剂对聚醚砜进行共混改性,得到了一种表面具有类肝素结构的聚醚砜表面,采用红外光谱和XPS等对表面结构进行了表征;改性的聚醚砜具有较好的血液相容性,测试了APTT等。

Preparation of heparin-like PES surface and study of its blood compatibility
Abstract:A heparin-like structure macromolecule (HLSM) was synthesized for the first time by RAFT polymerization using carboxyl-terminated trithiocarbonate as the RAFT agent. The HLSM can be directly blended with polyethersulfone (PES) using dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as the solvent to prepare flat-sheet membranes by using a liquid-liquid phase separation technique. The synthesized polymeric material retarded the blood clotting and the modified membrane exhibited good anticoagulant ability due to the existence of the important functional groups of -SO3H, -COOH and -OH. These anionic groups on the membrane surface may bind antithrombin III (ATIII) and thus improve anticoagulant ability. The results indicated that the HLSM had potential to be used for modifying conventional anticoagulant biomaterials and to be used in blood purification including hemodialysis and bioartificial liver supports.
