摘要:本文采用RAFT聚合制备了一种两亲性嵌段共聚物,采用红外光谱、核磁共振和凝胶渗透色谱等方法对共聚物进行了表征;以制备的嵌段共聚物为改性剂对聚醚砜进行共混改性,得到了一种表面亲水性的聚醚砜表面,采用红外光谱、XPS和TGA等对表面结构进行了表征;改性的聚醚砜具有较好的血液相容性,测试了APTT和血小板粘附等。

Preparation of hydrophilic PES surface and study of its blood compatibility
Abstract:An amphiphilic triblock copolymer of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone)-b-poly (methyl methacrylate)-b-poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP-b-PMMA-b-PVP) was synthesized via reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The block copolymer can be directly blended with polyethersulfone (PES) using dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as the solvent to prepare PES flat-sheet by using a liquid-liquid phase separation technique. The blended membrane has a layer of PVP block brush on its surface, and the PMMA block mingled with PES macromolecules, which endowed the membrane with permanent hydrophilicity. Adding the as-prepared block copolymer could effectively reduce BSA adsorption, suppress the platelet adhesion, prolong the blood coagulation time, and thereby improving the blood compatibility of the modified membranes. These results suggested that the surface modification of PES membrane by blending amphiphilic tri-block copolymer PVP-b-PMMA-b-PVP provided practical application of the membranes with good hemocompatibility in blood purification fields.)
