芦苇造纸黑液中木质素的提取

摘要:本文通过酸析方法,从芦苇造纸黑液中提取木质素。运用单因素和正交实验设计对造纸黑液中木质素的提取工艺进行了优化研究,得到最优的提取条件为: pH=2,反应温度60℃,絮凝时间30min,絮凝温度70℃。结果表明,硫酸溶液比盐酸溶液提取效果更好,其絮凝pH值对木质素产率影响最大,其次为絮凝温度、絮凝时间,反应温度的影响最小。并采用红外光谱对提取的木质素进行研究。

The lignins isolated from the black liquor of Reed pulping
Abstract:This article through the acid analysis method, the lignins isolated from the black liquor of Reed pulping. Through the hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid on the yield and extraction efficiency of lignin Identified that the best conditions of acidification recovery from black liquor of Reed lignin: pH=3.0, reaction temperature 60℃,coagulation time 30min,coagulation temperature 70℃. The results showed the sulfuric acid was best acid for the lignins isolated from the black liquor of Reed pulping,The pH is the most important factor to the yield.Secondly is the reaction temperature and coagulation time .Then the coagulation temperature. And study of structural features was made by using the infrared spectroscopy to study the structure of lignin.
