综合指数法在人造板产品VOC污染评价中的应用

摘要:目的 了解人造板产品中各类挥发性有机化合物(VOC)释放情况及产品综合环保性能。方法 选取哈尔滨市某人造板厂生产的分别采用醇酸清漆、水性聚氨酯漆和硝基漆涂饰的薄木贴面人造板产品进行VOC污染物浓度测试,并采用综合指数法对三类人造板产品的VOC污染水平进行综合评价。结果 三类人造板产品中的VOC污染物释放浓度在第1天达到最大值,污染等级均为Ⅴ级重度污染,主要污染物为芳香烃类化合物和烷烃类化合物。其中醇酸清漆涂饰的人造板产品综合污染指数最高。随时间的延长,各类污染物浓度水平逐步下降,污染程度降低,后期以水性聚氨酯漆涂饰的人造板产品VOC污染指数最高。结论 综合指数法可用于对人造板产品的VOC污染进行综合评价,三类油漆涂饰人造板产品综合环保性能在7天后可达到清洁水平。

Application of Comprehensive Index Method in VOC Evaluation of Wood-based Panels
Abstract:Objective To get knowledge of VOC emissions and integrated environmental performance of wood-based panels. Methods The concentrations of VOC emissions from wood-based panels, which were finishing by alkyd varnish, waterborne polyurethane and nitrocellulose lacquer, were measured in this paper. The VOC pollution levels of wood products were evaluated according to the comprehensive index assessment method. Results VOC concentrations of three types panels reached the highest value in the first day, especially the alkyd varnish finishing panels, and the VOC pollution levels of wood-based panels were allⅤdegree. Aromatic hydrocarbon and alkane were main compounds of VOC emissions. With the increasing of exposure time, the VOC concentrations decreased and pollution level improved. The VOC pollution index of waterborne polyurethane finishing panels was higher than the others in the later stage. Conclusion The comprehensive index method can be used to evaluate the pollution level of VOC emissions from wood products. The integrated environmental performance of wood products which were finishing by 3 types wood coating can reach cleanliness level after 7 days exposure.
