粗糙度影响下表面圆凹坑织构动压承载性能的CFD分析

摘要:本文以N-S方程为基础,建立表面圆凹坑织构的几何模型,运用CFD方法模拟计算不同参数表面织构的动压承载力,分析雷诺数、宽度、深度对动压承载性能的影响;并在引入粗糙度参数的基础上,重点考查粗糙度对表面织构动压承载性能的影响。研究结果表明:织构动压承载性能随雷诺数、宽度、深度的变化特性与粗糙度无关;合适的粗糙度可以增强表面织构的动压承载性能,即粗糙度存在优势区间。研究结果对后续试验研究的开展具有一定的指导意义。

CFD Analysis on Hydrodynamic Capacity of Surface Cylinder Concave Texture with the Influence of Roughness
Abstract:The geometrical model of surface cylinder concave texture was developed and the hydrodynamic bearing capacity of surface cylinder concave texture with different parameters was studied by the way of CFD based on N-S equation and analysed the influence of Reynolds number, width, depth on hydrodynamic bearing capacity. Then, surface roughness was introduced and we emphasized on the analysis of the influence of it on hydrodynamic bearing capacity. The resoults show that: the character of change of hydrodynamic bearing capacity as Reynolds number, width, depth was not connected with roughness; suitable roughness could enhance the hydrodynamic bearing capacity of surface texture, in other words, there is a optimum roughness range between which the hydrodynamic bearing capacity are the best. These conclusions could guide the later experiment.
