水洗及K2CO3对油棕废弃物热解特性的影响

摘要:本文研究了水洗及K2CO3添加对油棕废弃物热解行为的影响,采用热重分析仪与傅立叶红外光谱仪联用对预处理的油棕废弃物的热解机理与气体产物的形成与释放特性进行了在线分析,并采用Coats-Redfern方法对其动力学参数进行了分析研究。研究表明,水洗及K2CO3添加对油棕废弃物的热解特性及气体产物释放有着显著的影响。水洗使生物质的热解温度升高,而K2CO3的添加却使得生物质的热解温度降低,热解活化能明显减小,且热解失重峰也从两个独立峰而重叠耦合为单峰。K2CO3的添加明显促进了小分子气体CO、CO2等的低温析出,同时也使它们的总产量有明显的提高,而有机碳氢化合物和CH4的量则大幅度降低。

Influences of washing and K2CO3 on pyrolysis behavior of palm oil wastes
Abstract:The impact of washing and K2CO3 on pyrolysis behavior of palm oil wastes was studied in this paper. Thermogravimetric analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TGA- FTIR) was applied to explore the pyrolysis mechanism of pretreated palm oil wastes samples and the subsequent releasing gas products. Kinetic parameters of the samples were calculated using Coats-Redfern method. The results showed the pretreatment had significant influences on the samples’ pyrolysis characteristic and the components of gas products: washing lead to the increasing of initial pyrolysis temperature; K2CO3 addition lead to the decreasing of the initial pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis activation energy; weight loss rate shifted from a bimodal structure to a single peak. The addition of K2CO3 promoted the volatilization of the small molecule gas such as CO and CO2 under low temperature and enhanced their total yield obviously while reduced the amount of hydrocarbon and CH4 by a large margin.
