流体可压缩性对阻尼器抗冲性能的影响

摘要:为考察硅油可压缩性对粘滞阻尼器抗冲击性能的影响,建立了粘滞阻尼器的数学建模,以流体的可压缩性为变量,利用计算流体力学软件对粘滞阻尼器的冲击特性进行了数值仿真。结果表明,随着可压缩性的增加,阻尼力峰值减小,但阻尼力的增加有一个极限。

Influence of the fluid compressibility on the anti-shock performance of viscous damper
Abstract:To consider the influence of compressibility of the silicone oil on the anti-shock performance of a viscous damper, a mathematic model is built. By changing the value of compressibility, the damper model is calculated by CFD software under the condition with mass-shocking. Comparing the simulation results, it turns that the damping force decrease with the compressibility increasing. Moreover, it trends to a limit for the maximum damping forces with the modulus increasing.
