体表房颤信号处理技术及临床应用研究进展

摘要:最近十几年来,房颤(Atrial Fibrillation, AF)患者体表心电图(Electrocardiogram, ECG)信号处理技术和辅助临床研究引起了人们很大关注, 极大促进了能对心房波形特征进行更有效描绘的新信号处理技术的发展。本文主要介绍和简单评价了体表ECG房颤信号无创提取技术和AF信号谱特征分析技术,以及对各种AF信号处理技术进行临床有效性验证的相关成果。特别因为心房波形重复率,即心房颤动速率,等指标的临床显著意义,论文还总结了这些指标的重要临床应用,包括辅助分析AF的病理机制和监测测AF临床治疗效果等,希望促进国内在此领域的更好研究。

Advanced on signal processing of surface elctrocardiogram with atrial fibrillation and clinical application
Abstract:More than decade years, studys on atrial fibrillation (AF) is attracting more and more attentions, which combine clinical management and non-invasive processing techniques for surface electrocardigram (ECG) recorded from AF patients, and provoking immensly the development of innovative signal processing methods which can characterize effectively the atrial wave. This atrribution reivews mainly the QRST cancellation methods and the time-frequecy spectum analysis techniques of the residual signals (f wave) and the relative clinical validation of the effectiveness of various AF signal processing algorithms. Especially, due to the clinical significance of the repetition index of atrial wave, i.e., atrial fibrillation rate, some important clinical applications are also introduced, which include the auxiliary diagonosis of AF pathomechonism and the treatment efficiency estimation of AF patients etc.. Overall, we propose that more and better researches in this field should be promoted and supported in China .
