高校青年教师培养机制探索

摘要:青年教师在高校数量逐年增多,占比重也越来越大。但主要不足是教学经验、科研经验均较欠缺。为此,提高青年教师的实践能力,完善知识结构,提高业务水平,激发创新能力,分别对青年教师专业素养培养研究、青年教师的激励制度进行探讨研究。总结出高校青年教师培养机制的建立,是高校产学研结合,校企合作突破口,推进了高校青年教师综合能力的培养策略,实现青年教师队伍的可持续发展。确立"培训、教研、科研"三结合的教师研训模式,并用实例说明课堂教学与工程实践相结合的模式。

Young university teachers training mechanism to explore
Abstract:The number and the proportion of young teachers in colleges and universities are growing year by year. But the main shortage is the teaching experience and the scientific research are short of lack experience. Therefore, to improve the young teachers practice ability, improve knowledge structure, improve the business level, stimulate innovation ability respectively, according to these, the young teacher professional literacy training research and incentive system are discussed. Sums up the young university teachers training mechanism, is the universities combining study, the school-enterprise cooperation breakthrough, and promote the comprehensive ability of the young university teachers training strategies and realize the sustainable development of young teachers. Establish "training, research, scientific research" three combination of research mode ,And some examples of classroom teaching and the engineering practice that the combination of mode .
