热致液晶高分子/碳纳米管复合材料的流变及热性能研究

摘要:通过双螺杆挤出制备了热致液晶高分子/碳纳米管(TLCP/CNT)纳米复合材料,分析了其流变行为和热转变温度、热稳定性和结晶性能。毛细管流变分析表明,随着CNT含量增加,复合材料的粘度降低,且低剪切速率下粘度对剪切速率较敏感。热重分析表明,复合材料的热稳定性随着CNT含量增加而提高,当CNT加入量为两份时,复合材料的热降解温度提高约5 C,但CNT对复合材料的结晶性能影响较小。

Rheological and thermal properties of thermotropic liquid crystal polymer/carbon nanotube composites
Abstract:Thermotropic liquid crystal polymer/carbon nanotube (TLCP/CNT) nanocomposite was prepared by twin screw extrusion. The effects of CNT content on rheological behavior, thermal transition temperature, thermal stability, and crystallization of TLCP/CNT nanocomposite were analyzed. The capillary rheological test results show that the composite viscosity decreases with the increase of CNT content, and it is sensitive to shear rate at low shear rate condition. Thermogravimetric analysis results indicate that the thermal stability increases with the CNT content. The thermal decomposition temperature of composite with 2 parts of CNT is increased about 5 oC, but the crystallization is almost unaffected.
