十二胺浮选体系下菱铁矿对铁矿物及石英混合矿浮选效果的影响

摘要:实际矿石中,菱铁矿会对赤铁矿和磁铁矿的浮游分选产生影响。在十二胺体系下,本文首先研究了磁铁矿、假象赤铁矿和石英的单矿物浮选特性,在此基础上,研究菱铁矿对假象赤铁矿和石英、磁铁矿和石英混合矿分选的影响。结果表明,菱铁矿会大大恶化假象赤铁矿(磁铁矿)和石英混合矿的浮选效果,增大淀粉用量一定程度会减弱菱铁矿的影响。微细粒的菱铁矿吸附在矿物表面上,改变了矿物表面特性,从而影响了矿物的可浮性。

Flotabilities of Siderite on Iron Minerals and Quartz in Flotation System of Dodecylamine
Abstract:During flotation process, siderite has effect on hematite and magnetite. In flotation system of dodecylamine, this paper studied the flotation properties of single minerals such as magnetite, martite and quartz firstly. On this basis, the influence of siderite to flotation efficiency of martite-quartz and magnetite-quartz mixed ores was discussed. The result shows that siderite will seriously effect on the flotation efficiency of hematite (magnetite)-quartz mixed ores. Increasing the amount of starch will weaken the impact of siderite to some extent. It was the adsoption of siderite on minerals lead to the change of surface characteristics and flotabilitis.
