鞍山式含碳酸盐铁矿石中主要铁矿物浮游分选相互影响研究

摘要:鞍山式含碳酸盐铁矿石中主要的铁矿物为假象赤铁矿、菱铁矿、磁铁矿,主要的脉石矿物为石英。本文在十二胺反浮选体系下,考查菱铁矿、不同粒级的磁铁矿对假象赤铁矿与石英分选的影响,以及菱铁矿、不同粒级的假象赤铁矿对磁铁矿与石英分选的影响。结果表明,菱铁矿会恶化假象赤铁矿(磁铁矿)和石英混合矿的浮选效果,精矿品位和回收率大幅度降低。假象赤铁矿和石英混合矿中加入少量磁铁矿可以使精矿品位提高约2-3个百分点。因此,对于鞍山式含碳酸盐铁矿石采用十二胺反浮选工艺时可加入少量磁铁矿改善其分选效果。

INTERACTION FLOTATION INFLUENCES OF MAIN IRON MINERALS IN IRON ORES OF ANSHAN STYLE CARBONATES CONTAINED
Abstract:It was shown the main iron minerals in iron ores of anshan style carbonates contained are martite, siderite and magnetite, and the main gangue mineral is quartz. In dodecylamine reverse flotation system, interaction flotation of siderite and magnetite of different sizes on mixed minerals of martite and quartz, and that of siderite and martite of different sizes on mixed minerals of magnetite and quartz were investigated. The results showed that, in dodecylamine reverse system, siderite worsened the floatation effects of martite, magnetite and quartz in reverse floatation, leading to obviously decrease of grade and recovery of concentrate. The concentrate grade could be increased by about 2 to 3 percentage points by adding a small amount of magnetite ore in mixture of martite and quartz. Therefore by adding a small amount of magnetite ore can improve the effect of separation in reverse floatation of carbonaceous iron.
