道路交通多媒体信息的多核并行处理技术研究

摘要:道路交通多媒体信息处理对计算机系统性能的要求日益提高。多核处理器的出现为道路交通多媒体信息处理提供了高效的计算平台。本文通过分析道路交通多媒体信息处理应用的特征,分析多核处理器的特征,对比面向多核处理器的并行编程模型,提出了以能够匹配道路交通多媒体信息处理应用特征的多核处理器及其并行编程模型为核心的多核并行处理系统。为构建面向道路交通多媒体信息的多核并行计算系统提供了技术支持。

Using Multi-core Parallel Processing In Road Traffic Multimedia Information Applications
Abstract:Road traffic multimedia information applications require high efficient computing systems. Multi-core processor can construct high efficiency computing platform to meet this kind of requirement. In this paper, first we find out the characteristics of the road traffic multimedia information applications. Then we conclude the characteristics of multi-core processor and compare different parallel programming models of multi-core processors. Finally we put forward one kind of multi-core processor and programming model which can match the road traffic multimedia information applications.
